New Orleans-based artist Courtney Egan gives a lecture about her practice.
As part of its regular Friday Nights at NOMA programs, the New Orleans Museum of Art presents an artist talk with Courtney Egan, whose work is currently on view as part of “Pride of Place: The Making of Contemporary Art in New Orleans.” The talk is followed by a screening of director John Waters’ Pecker (1998).
