The Arts Council New Orleans hosts a reception for Khalid Abdel Rahman’s “A Disappearance” at the gallery in the New Orleans Exchange Centre. The exhibition, curated by Kristina Kay Robinson, presents Rahman’s abstracted cityscapes, painted in Khartoum, Sudan. “A Disappearance” is on view July 10–August 12, 2017.
