The National Organization of Minority Architects hosts a workshop to discuss public space and social justice.

The National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) is hosting its annual conference in New Orleans and is partnering with Next City to host Design as Protest, a workshop for architects, artists, activists, and community organizers to explore the social-justice potential of design. During the program, participants with work in small groups to evaluate strategies of specific civil rights campaigns and to design new interventions in public spaces.
