Howard Philips Smith and Frank Perez introduce their new book, Southern Decadence in New Orleans, at an event at the Louisiana State Museum’s Presbytère building on Jackson Square. The book tells the history of the popular gay festival that takes place each Labor Day weekend in New Orleans.
