As part of its regular Friday Nights at NOMA programs, the New Orleans Museum of Art presents a talk with artist L. Kasimu Harris, whose photographs are on view as part of “Changing Course: Reflections on New Orleans Histories.” The museum also continues its Picturing Us film series with director S. Leo Chiang’s Mr. Cao Goes to Washington (2012), a documentary about Joseph Cao, the first Vietnamese-American elected to the United States Congress.
