In conjunction with “Prospect.4: The Lotus in Spite of the Swamp,” the New Orleans Center for the Gulf South and Prospect New Orleans present a lecture with artist Monique Verdin, whose work is currently on view at The Historic New Orleans Collection. Verdin’s practice documents the connections between the climate change, culture, and economics in Southeast Louisiana.
