The New Orleans Photo Alliance presents an exhibition by the winner of its 2016 Clarence John Laughlin Award.
The New Orleans Photo Alliance (NOPA) hosts an opening reception for David Emitt Adams’ “Power,” which features a series of works created directly on oil-drum lids. Adams was the winner of NOPA’s Clarence John Laughlin Award in 2016.
