Dillard University’s Ray Charles Program in African-American Material Culture presents a lecture by Nigerian cook and writer Tunde Wey. His pop-up dinner series Blackness in America explores race in the United States through food, and it has been traveling around the country since 2016. The talk is followed by a cooking demonstration.
