Tulane City Center hosts a discussion as part of its Red Beans Roundtable series. This month, the conversation centers around creating a sustainable tourist economy in New Orleans without displacing its workers and creative communities. Guest speakers include Asali Ecclesiastes, Claiborne Corridor Program Manager for the Network for Economic Opportunity; Jeffrey Goodman, Information Designer for Miller Urban Consulting; and Ethan Ellestad, Executive Director of the Music and Culture Coalition of New Orleans.
