Over the past semester, the Small City Center, the Community Design Center of the Tulane School of Architecture, has designed a new interior for the Seventh Ward’s Community Book Center, a long-standing educational hub for the city’s African-American communities. The Community Book Center and Tulane City Center host a reception to celebrate the redesign.
