The Arts Council New Orleans presents the first in a series of events preserving stories of Central City’s past and present.
During the First Friday on the Boulevard block party, the Arts Council New Orleans hosts a talk at Dryades Public Market, which celebrates stories of Central City’s past and present. Community organizers and the general public are able to share their stories, which will be archived in the Historic New Orleans Collection.
This event is free and open to the public. A happy hour begins at 6 pm, and stories start at 7 pm. RSVP on Facebook.
