The Newcomb Art Museum of Tulane University hosts a screening in conjunction with its current exhibition of contemporary works by Aboriginal Australian artists.

In conjunction with “Marking the Infinite: Contemporary Women Artists from Aboriginal Australia,” the Newcomb Art Museum of Tulane University screens directors Rolf de Heer and Peter Djigirr’s Ten Canoes (2006). The film blends two historical narratives of precolonial Australia.

This event is free and open to the public. The screening takes place in the Freeman Auditorium in Tulane University’s Woldenberg Art Center. For more information, visit the museum’s website.
