Xavier University hosts a reception for Ruth Owens’ new exhibition, “Baby Dolls: Dancing ‘It’ Out.”

The Xavier University Art Collection Advisory Committee and the Xavier University Art Department host an opening for “Baby Dolls: Dancing ‘It’ Out,” an exhibition of paintings by artist Ruth Owens depicting the Baby Dolls, one of New Orleans’ legendary parading groups. The exhibition is in the Chapel Gallery in Xavier University’s Administration Building. Click here for a campus map.
