Eurydice retells the Greek myth of Orpheus from the point of view of his lover.
Students from Delgado Community College’s theater program present a performance of playwright Sarah Ruhl’s Eurydice, directed by Kris LaMorte. In her script—written in 2003—Ruhl re-imagines the mythological story of Orpheus from the point of view of his lover, Eurydice.
Performances take place nightly, November 17 - 21, at 8 pm. On November 22, a matinee starts at 3 pm. Tickets are $10 for the general public and $8 for Delgado students. Performances will take place in the Delgado Drama Hall on the third floor of Isaac Delgado Hall. For reservations and more information, call 504.671.6360.
