The New Orleans Museum of Art will host a retrospective of work by renowned conceptual artist Mel Chin from Friday, February 21 to Saturday, May 25. The exhibition, titled "Mel Chin: Rematch," showcases nearly 70 works by the artist, including drawings, paintings, sculptures, video, and a number of major installations.

The opening weekend will feature a gallery talk with Chin on Friday, February 21, 6:30 - 7:30 pm. There will be a panel discussion on Saturday, February 22 at 10 am, followed by a "surrealist toast" of Chin by Andrei Codrescu at 1 pm.
