Pelican Bomb's Critic-in-Residence, Noah Simblist, will conduct a writing workshop at the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute on Saturday, December 20 at 3pm.

Attendees should be prepared to share an unedited review of up to 1000 words with the group for workshopping. The review should be the writer's own draft and not previously edited by a professional for publication. The workshop will be capped at 15 attendees.

This event is free but attendees must RSVP to Rosemary Reyes at rosemary@pelicanbomb.com and include the piece they would like to work on in the email by December 18.
