Join acclaimed culinary historian and cookbook author, Jessica Harris, as well as Liz Williams, President and Director of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, in a discussion of food-related printed matter. Dr. Harris will share examples from her expansive collection of African-diaspora postcards and Ms. Williams will present menus from SoFAB's archives to explore how objects from the past inform our understanding of Southern foodways today.
