The Historic New Orleans Collection’s free seven-part film series comes to a close Saturday, November 22, at 10:30 am, with a screening of These Amazing Shadows (2011), which chronicles both the history of American cinema and the creation of the National Film Registry, which preserves more than 600 American films.
