The 4^th Annual Louisiana Studies Conference will be held September 21-22 at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. The conference’s theme this year is “Louisiana Art and Artists” and is currently accepting presentation proposals. While focusing on Louisiana art and artists, the proposals can be in the form of academic papers, creative writing, or performance.

Short proposals are due by July 1 for consideration.
