Co-sponsored by Propeller, the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority, and Tulane University, "PitchNOLA: Lots of Progress" is a social innovation competition open to individuals, teams, and organizations with an idea that transforms vacant lots throughout New Orleans for community and environmental benefit.

A first place winner will receive a vacant lot and will have all closing costs covered, while a second and third place winner will receive a vacant lot for 10% of the closing costs.
