Pelican Bomb presented commissioned writings on the theme of power and public space in conjunction with Kelsey Montague’s interactive “What Lifts You” project in New Orleans.
Pelican Bomb has received one of 17 organizational grants awarded as part of the Joan Mitchell Foundation’s New Orleans Initiative. The Joan Mitchell Foundation has provided organizational funding in New Orleans since 2007 to programs and projects that are aligned with the Foundation’s mission. The grant to Pelican Bomb generously supports the publishing efforts of the Art Review and our ongoing commitment to promoting critical dialogue about the contemporary visual arts in New Orleans.
