The New Orleans Jazz Museum presents a talk on New Orleans’ Bayou St. John.
As part of its Friends of the Cabildo Second Thursday Lecture Series, the New Orleans Jazz Museum hosts a talk with writer Cassie Pruyn. With “Bayou St. John: A Brief History,” Pruyn touches on the history of the bayou and how it’s been an epicenter of economic and recreational life in New Orleans. To learn more about Pruyn’s research, read Benjamin Morris’ interview with her on the Art Review.
This event is free and open to the public. For more information, visit the museum’s website.
