Antenna hosts an event with artist Chloë Bass to share her new project, City Palette, a smartphone app that lets users photograph their surroundings to generate color swatches that can be used to define different neighborhoods and areas of New Orleans. During the talk, Bass speaks with a group of local artists, architects, and city planners to introduce the project.
