Tulane University hosts an artist talk as part of its Audre Lorde Days festival.
In conjunction with Audre Lorde Days, Tulane University presents a lecture with artist Julio Salgado, whose illustrations explore the intersections of queerness and the experiences of undocumented migrants. Salgado is also Project Manager at CultureStrike, an arts organization dedicated to supporting the migrant rights movement.
This event is free and open to the public. The lecture takes place in Room 202 in Tulane’s Lavin-Bernick Center. For more information on Audre Lorde Days, visit Facebook.
