The Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses hold a lecture on Madame Lalaurie.

The Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses (HGGHH) present a lecture by Carolyn Morrow Long, the author of a biography of Madame Lalaurie. Lalaurie was notorious for the treatment and torture of enslaved workers, and it’s supposed that her ghost haunts her old house on Royal Street.
