Le Musée de f.p.c. hosts a reading by two New Orleans writers.
Le Musée de f.p.c. hosts a book signing and reading with former Louisiana poet laureate Brenda Marie Osbey and writer James B. Borders IV. Osbey reads from her latest collection, All Souls: Essential Poems, and talks about editing Gabriel Okara: Collected Poems, a book of works by the Nigerian poet and novelist. Borders discusses his book Marking Time, Making Place: An Essential Chronology of Blacks in New Orleans since 1718.
Before heading over to Le Musée de f.p.c., revisit Borders’ essay “Party Primaries: The Time of My Life” on the Art Review.
