A documentary looks at a region of Japan in the wake of a disastrous earthquake.

The Japan Exchange & Teaching Program Alumni Association hosts the New Orleans premiere of “Tohoku Tomo,” a film documenting the relief efforts in Tohoku, Japan, after the earthquake and tsunami in March 2011.

The screening is free and open to the public and takes place in Room 102 of Jones Hall at Tulane University. Click here for more information about the film.
