Tulane City Center’s Red Beans Roundtables are casual conversations that bring together panelists and community members to discuss contemporary issues in New Orleans. This roundtable will discuss the proposal to build a regional rail line between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Participating panelists are Lacy Strohschein, Rachel Diresto, and Kristin Gisleson Palmer.
