Artist Analia Saban and author Dedra Johnson will discuss _Sandrine's Letter to Tomorrow, _Johnson's debut novel, on Thursday, July 17, at 5 pm. The discussion is part of the P.3Reads series, and will take place at the Martin Luther King Branch of the New Orleans Public Library.

Saban lives in Los Angeles and works in New York. Johson is a New Orleans native and received her MFA from the University of Florida. She was a finalist for the Hurston/Wright Award for College Writers. Sandrine was a finalist for the 2006 William Faulkner-William Wisdom Creative Writing Award.
