The Wetlands Art Tour seeks to increase community engagement with the important topic of coastal erosion by producing a day-long public event that showcases art, performance, and activism that relates to coastal erosion and the preservation of the wetlands. The first annual tour begins on Saturday, May 10, at 9 am, with a bike ride that departs from the Clouet Gardens (Clouet St, between Royal and Dauphine Sts).
The day-long event features a panel discussion, documentary screening, live music, art shows throughout the St. Claude Arts District, and culminates in an after-party at the Michalopoulos Studios (527 Elysian Fields Ave) from 10 pm to 1 am.
