Professor Jean Campbell will deliver a lecture called "Portraiture and the Work of Cultural Remembrance" at Tulane University on Wednesday, April 9, at 6 pm, in conjunction with the Newcomb Art Gallery's exhibition "Early Modern Faces: European Portraits 1480 – 1780."
Campbell, the Winship Distinguished Research Professor of Art History at Emory University, has earned an international reputation as a scholar of Renaissance and Early Modern art. To learn more, visit Tulane's website.
