On Thursday, May 23, four artists participating in the Joan Mitchell Center’s (JMC) Pilot Artist-in-Residence program will open their studios to the public from 5-7 pm at the JMC Studios (1000 N. Rampart St at St. Phillip St.). Rollin Beamish, Keith Duncan, Terrence Campagna, and Rema Ghuloum will share new work and discuss their artistic process during this event. “Turn Up to da Max,” an exhibition by former artist-in-residence Vitus Shell, will also be on view, as well as work by artist-in-residence Bruce Davenport, Jr.
